Passionately striving for tribal and rural area students. Working hard to inculcate life skills and soft skills among rural area students.

*Working in the field of education since 17 years,passionate to learn new things .

*A Moderator for CHESS training program of RAA , Aurangabad.

*Imparted training to teachers of English from Palghar DIST.

*Participated at the International level Conference of AINET conducted at Hyderabad (2020)

Participated as a key resource person for a five days training program on Developing communication skills at NCERT Bhopal.

* Being a Trainer of English language

Participated in the Enrichment training program of tribal dept. and has imparted training to aided ashram school teachers all over Maharashtra.

*Conducted guidance virtual webinars for HSC Students through GURUKUL GROUP PALGHAR.

*Awarded and honoured as State level हिरकणी सन्मान for the year 2021 from tribal dept.for her dedication as a Teacher .

*An active member of the Vedh Team , inspired by Hon. Nandkumar Sir's vision of inculcating 21st century skills ,to encourage students for self learning and prepare them for new challenges .

Trained the teachers and promoted headmasters for future ready education 

*Participation in various online webinars to acquire new skills and ready to bring about positive changes among tribal students.

* Striving hard to inculcate life skills, spoken English skills among students from Ashram school.

*Has conducted many innovative activities for students making her classroom student centred.

*Main focus is to help students improve their concentration and increase their motivation to study.

* As a member of EMAR MAHARASHTRA TEAM Conducted action research  on the topic How to enhance the learning of students during Covid pandemic and how to motivate them for English speaking skills.

*Worked as a master trainer and coordinator for English language training program for tribal Ashram school Teachers all over Maharashtra conducted by Tribal research and training institute Pune.
